Is there a minimum order?+
No minimum order — ever. Order a single piece or a hundred; we welcome single items just as warmly as bulk orders.
Do you offer bulk discounts?+
Absolutely. Larger team or event orders qualify for tiered pricing. Ask for a quote.
Can you embroider my business logo?+
Yes. Send us a high-resolution logo file and we'll prepare it for embroidery.
Can I bring my own apparel?+
It depends on the material and value of your item. We can embroider customer-supplied garments up to a $25 value. All bring-your-own items include an additional handling fee. Please note: MamaPreranaCo is not responsible for any damage to fabric or garments that may occur during the embroidery process due to accident, machine error, or material incompatibility. By submitting your item, you accept this risk.
How long does embroidery take?+
Most projects ship in 7–14 days. Larger or custom-digitized projects may take longer.
Do you ship?+
Yes — we ship nationwide and offer local pickup in Fargo, ND. We serve the whole Fargo-Moorhead area, including West Fargo, Horace, Moorhead, and Dilworth.
Can I request a custom design?+
Of course. Share your vision and we'll help bring it to life.
Do you provide garments?+

No. Once your logo has been digitized, we keep it on file for future orders. It's a one-time fee.
