I became a mama, and everything changed.

As a nurse, I understood postpartum clinically. But living it — that was different. I felt invisible under the weight of love and exhaustion, pouring everything into my family while slowly losing touch with myself.

I started writing affirmations for myself on the hard days. Words like Grace over guilt. You are enough. You're doing better than you think.They became my anchors.

Then I thought — what if these words lived somewhere tangible? Something you could wear on a slow morning, a messy school run, a day when you just needed to feel held.
